For use in making a slippery surface accept paint. You can use this on laminate furniture, slick glass, cabinets. This gives the paint something to stick to when you apply it. This is not for sealing wood to keep tannins and bleedthrough from showing. For that seal with Zinzer Bin Shellac or something similar
